Product Brief
1.Clutch Release Bearing Application:
The clutch release bearing is a thru EPT bearing (commonly known as a clutch pin), and its function is to move the platen or drive plate that receives the spring thru EPT to the clutch cover when the clutch pedal is depressed, that is, when the clutch pedal is depressed The lever is disengaged to overcome the thru EPT of the plate spring to complete the clutch separation.
2.Use Attention:
1) According to the operation regulations, avoid the semi-separated and semi-separated state of the clutch and reduce the number of times the clutch is used.
2) Pay attention to the maintenance, regular or during the annual inspection and maintenance, use the cooking method to soak the butter to make it have sufficient lubricant.
3) Pay attention to leveling the clutch release lever to ensure that the spring force of the return spring meets the requirements.
4) Adju EPT the free travel to meet the requirements (30-40mm) to prevent the free travel from being too large or too small.
5) Minimize the number of joints and separations and reduce the impact load.
